Timber Ridge is located above the lifts and is the only property with ski in ski out access to both Little Eagle Lodge and Canyon Lodge. It is the highest elevation condo property in Mammoth.
The two ski trails out of Timber Ridge are at the ends of the buildings. You must walk to the end of one of the buildings to begin skiing as the roads within the property are plowed. Therefore, the closer you are to the end of a building, the closer you are to skiing out. You ski an entire run out of Timber Ridge prior to getting on a ski lift. You ski back to Timber Ridge on entirely different ski trails, both of which are located off of the "Chickadee" ski run.
Ski out trail #1 goes down to the Eagle Lift. This trail requires low level intermediate ability. The units
below are listed in the order of their closeness to the ski out trail, i.e. #2 is closest.

Ski out trail #2 goes down to the Canyon Lodge Lifts. This trail requires solid intermediate to advanced ability.
The closest condo to this trail is #51, then on down.
(For Units 51, 50, 48, 47, 45, 39, 38, 37)
Units 7, 11, 12 - These units equidistant to each trail out, but they are the furthest units from either trail
(about a 5 minute walk to the end of either building)
There are also 2 ski back trails off of the "Chickadee" Run which come back into Timber Ridge. Both of
these trails require only beginner ability. Both return to the original ski out points. Thus, one ski back trail
comes in closest to Unit #2, the other ski back trail closest to Unit #51.
