The Solstice property was built in 2006 on the beautiful Sierra Star golf course. The parking is in a common underground garage and features elevator access up to the townhome's entrance. Solstice #11 has lovely views throughout the entire condo. The nearby outdoor spa feels very secluded. You will no doubt notice deer walking about between the living area and the spa.

This is a single level townhome with a private entrance, elegant, tasteful, high end furnishings, modern appliances, and plush bedding. Fully equipped, modern kitchen, living area with a 42" lcd tv with dvd and stereo, gas fireplace, lovely patio. The first master bedroom has a queen bed with elegant bedding and a lovely wooded view. The second master bedroom has 2 twin beds and the living area has a double sofabed.
