Winter Payment Terms and Cancellation Policy (11/1/08 - 4/18/09)
1) 50% payment due upon booking
2) Refunds are given for reservations cancelled between the booking date and cancellation date only. Reservations
cancelled prior to the cancellation date will be refunded all payment amounts less 5% of the reservation total.
3) Changes to reservations can be made anytime from the booking date until the cancellation date with no fee at
all. Guests are free to change both the unit and the dates of the booking until the cancellation date. The previous
deposit amount will be applied in full to the new reservation.
4) The balance is due in full on the cancellation date. Reservations are 100% non-refundable after cancellation
date.

3) Early Season "101" Lift Package. Get a $101.00 instant rebate off of the total price of your lift package. Valid 11/30/08 - 12/18/08. You must stay with 101 Great Escapes at least 3 nights and ski at
least 3 days to purchase this lift package. The early season $101.00 lift package rebate is valid on weekends!
To receive the rebate, a minimum order (specified below) is required. Only one $101.00 rebate is available per
condo rented. Lift packages must be ordered 4 days in advance of your arrival date.
