Winter Rates: $479.00 nightly
11/1 - 4/30 (excluding holiday periods, Cancellation date 2 weeks prior to arrival)

Thanksgiving Weekend: $479.00 nightly
11/23 - 11/27 (Cancellation date 11/1)

Christmas - New Years Weekend: $659.00 nightly (3 - 5 night minimum, Cancellation date 11/15)
12/16 - 1/8. Save $100/night when you arrive on Friday, 12/16.

Martin Luther King Holiday: $479.00 nightly
1/13 - 1/16 (2 night minimum, Cancellation date 12/15)

President's Weekend: $659.00 nightly
2/16 - 2/20 (3 night minimum, Sat and Sun arrivals not allowed, Cancellation date 1/15)

Winter Payment Terms and Cancellation Policy (11/1 - 4/30)
1) 50% payment due upon booking if you book prior to the cancellation date. 100% payment is due upon booking if you book on or after the cancellation date.
2) Refunds are given for reservations cancelled between the booking date and cancellation date only. Reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation date will be refunded all payment amounts less 5% of the reservation total.
3) Changes to reservations can be made anytime from the booking date until the cancellation date with no fee at all. Guests are free to change both the unit and the dates of the booking until the cancellation date. The previous deposit amount will be applied in full to the new reservation.
4) The balance is due in full on the cancellation date. Reservations are 100% non-refundable after cancellation date.

Holiday Periods: 11/23 - 11/27, 12/16 - 1/8, 1/13 - 1/16, and 2/16 - 2/20

1) Midweek, Last minute, and Weekly Discounts. Specific discounts vary depending on the dates, but are reflected online during the booking process.

2) Teachers, police, fireman, post Gulf War military, seniors over 65, hospice workers, employees of VA hospitals, and Repeat Guests* save $20.00 per night from November-April (excluding the holiday periods listed below).

Repeat Guests* - To be eligible for this discount, you must have stayed with 101 Great Escapes in the last 365 days.
