Below is some information to help you prepare for your Mammoth trip:
Road Information (only pertinent on the day of arrival):
800GASROAD, then enter the highway number
Vehicle information:
All vehicles must carry chains unless you are driving a 4 by 4 with snow tires.
Things to bring with you:
All food, coffee, and condiments you may need
Otherwise, kitchens are fully equipped.
Coffeemakers are Mr. Coffee drip.
Linens and towels are provided.
Your party may not exceed the maximum occupancy listed in the “Unit Photos” link.
Children of all ages must be included in the occupancy count.
Blankets are provided for the number of people the condo sleeps.
Please do not rearrange the furnishings.
Things NOT to bring:
Pets are not allowed except in Timber Ridge Units 35, 45, 48, and 53 and Bridges 108. Meaning, they are not allowed to enter the unit any time.
Pets in the above units may not be left in the unit unattended and are not allowed on furnishings or bedding.
Violating the pet policy will result in immediate eviction from the unit without refund.
Please do not put us in the position to do this!
Service dogs are not pets and are allowed.
Animals may not be left in the unit unattended and are not allowed on furnishings or bedding.
Do not bring extra guests, airbeds, or cots.
Check in time is 4 p.m. on your arrival date.
Early check ins are not possible for arrivals from 12/19 – 1/9
Check out time is 11 a.m.
Late check outs are not available from 12/17 – 1/7.
Arrival:
Go directly to your unit.
The door code is the last 4 digits of your cell number, followed by a check mark.
You will lock the door with the same code.
The code will work at 4 p.m. on your arrival date and cease to work at 11 a.m. on your departure date.
Parking:
Parking is for 2 cars and is described in the “Unit Photos” link.
3rd vehicles must rent a space at Mammoth RV Park or the Village Lot.
There is no street parking allowed in Mammoth from November through April

The wifi info will be in the condo.
